You Make Us Who We Are
Volunteering with United Way of Brandon & District is a great way to learn about your community while gaining valuable volunteer experience. Depending on your schedule and interests, we may have a volunteering opportunity that fits you. Click on the opportunities to the left for more information.
Coats for Kids Program | We always needs volunteers every year to sort out donated coats in May and help set up and work the Coats Store in the fall.
Tools for School Program | Volunteers are needed every year to help sort, pack and deliver school supplies at the end of August/ beginning of September.
Day of Caring | DOC is a great way to help increase workplace morale and promote giving back to your community. Volunteers learn about their community through a hands-on experience while meaningful projects are completed for our Partner Agencies.
Events | We offer many events year round that would not be possible without our volunteers. Please click through our website for more information on the individual events we offer.
Board of Directors | Our Board of Directors are dedicated individuals who are always looking out for the best interests of our community. They attend monthly meetings, help out at events, and so much more.
Campaign Team | Our Campaign Team assists the Campaign Director during the fall by attending meetings, events, and performing other campaign related duties.
Employee Workplace Campaign | You can volunteer your time and skills to help organize or facilitate your Employee Workplace Campaign.
Together we can create change and ensure that all people have the opportunity to thrive in our community.
